Cherry N Hot Bacon Dressing

New twist to an old favorite. Serve hot on leaf salad and sprinkle with almonds
1/2 pound bacon
1/3 cup Cherry De-Lite cherry juice
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup Cherry De-Lite dried cherries
Fry bacon and reserve 2 tablespoons of bacon drippings in the frying pan and add all remaining ingredients.
Simmer for 5 minutes while stirring.
Pour dressing over salad and top with crumbled bacon pieces.
